Located in the heart of St. John’s, The Sprout has been open since June 2005. We offer a diverse and delicious full menu, as well as a brunch menu on Saturdays. Everything, from our bread to our sauces and spreads, is made from scratch, using the finest of ingredients. A varied, affordable beer menu, as well as a selection of delicious baked goods by Tulip Baroo Bakery available. The atmosphere at the Sprout is cozy and casual, with warm lighting and great music. We hope you come down to taste the passion we put into our food, and experience the kindness of our staff!

Teriyaki Stir-fry  $14

Broccoli, carrots, red peppers, onions, celery, red cabbage and mushrooms, in our house made sweet teriyaki sauce. Served on a bed of rice and spinach, topped with marinated tofu.
